The most anticipated live music experience in the gaming world for 2026 has finally been officially confirmed! Game Science has announced that “Black Myth: Wukong” will embark on a 2026 global concert tour, visiting 12 cities worldwide with a total of 21 performances. Players in Taiwan won’t have to travel far—the Taipei station is confirmed for September 19 and September 20 at Legacy MAX, leading players to relive that soul-stirring Journey to the West.

Released in August 2024, “Black Myth: Wukong” is an action RPG rooted in the Chinese classic “Journey to the West” that stunned the world. It surpassed 10 million copies sold in just three days, setting the record for the fastest-selling game in Chinese history. With its top-tier graphics, deep cultural heritage, and fluid combat system, the game won the 2024 Steam Game of the Year award, becoming a phenomenal success.
The game’s score, composed by Yang Qilei, blends traditional Chinese instruments with modern orchestral arrangements to provide a powerful auditory experience. On April 28, 2026, Game Science officially announced the “Black Myth: Wukong” 2026 Global Concert tour plan. This tour is unprecedented in scale, spanning 12 cities across Asia, Europe, North America, and Oceania for a total of 21 performances, making it the largest official physical event since the game’s launch.

The concert will feature an orchestra performing the game’s original soundtrack live, accompanied by meticulously produced stage visuals and game footage, presenting an immersive experience that bridges gaming and musical art. The Taipei station is scheduled for Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 19:30, at Legacy MAX in the Xinyi District of Taipei.
